How much would it cost to finish my basement?
Of course prices vary. Our projects usually range between $25 and $55/sq ft.

Do I have to purchase a new HVAC unit for the basement?
Not necessarily. It is possible (though not always recommended) depending on the layout of your basement and the amount of square footage to be finished to tap into the existing upstairs HVAC unit.

How long will it take to finish my basement?
Most NAB projects are completed in 8 to 10 weeks, up to 12 weeks for larger jobs.

What happens after I schedule an appointment to take a look at my space?
We will come out, consult, measure and assess your objectives and the available space. Within 3 days, we will provide a detailed proposal for the work, which is not an “estimate.” This is the actual cost to do the job as proposed. We will email you the proposal and answer any questions you may have. Next we schedule the start date and have materials delivered to get the job started.

How do payments work? Do you accept Credit Cards?
We accept credit cards with a 4% surcharge added to the amount to be charged, though personal check is the most popular way of payment. An initial deposit on the job, followed by progress payments are spaced approximately every two weeks and outlined in our remodeling contract.

My basement is not stubbed for a bath. Can you still put a bathroom down there?
Yes. Keep in mind additional cost will be incurred. But, certainly this is quite common.

Do you offer a warranty of your work?
12 months labor and workmanship. 5 Year HVAC. Factory Warranties on parts and fixtures.
